Adobe Creative Suite

Organization-approved for internal visual content and approved creative production workflows

Approved for internal visual content, concept development, and approved design production workflows. Design review is still required for external, customer-facing, executive-level, brand-sensitive, or high-visibility assets. AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs must be labeled and stored according to organizational standards.

For external, brand-sensitive, executive-level, or high-visibility materials, contact your Business Unit Design team before use.

  • Use Adobe Creative Suite for approved visual work such as:

    • Internal presentations

    • Internal communications

    • Brainstorming decks

    • Concept development

    • Draft layouts and creative exploration

    • Design production work being developed within approved team processes

  • Design review and approval is required for:

    • Logos or brand marks

    • Executive-level materials

    • External marketing materials

    • Customer-facing communications

    • Website graphics

    • Social media graphics

    • Event signage

    • Printed materials

    • Infographics, icons, or other brand-defining assets

    • Any high-visibility or externally distributed creative

  • Adobe Creative Suite supports higher-quality production workflows than many AI image tools, including the creation of high-resolution and scalable design files. Even so, production readiness does not remove the requirement for Design review when the content is brand-sensitive, externally facing, or intended for broad distribution.

  • All AI-generated visuals or AI-assisted assets created in Adobe Creative Suite must:

    • Be clearly labeled as AI-generated or AI-assisted, as applicable

    • Be stored in designated AI-Generated Assets folders

    • Not be uploaded to official brand asset libraries unless formally reviewed and approved through Design processes

    Documentation should include:

    • Tool used: Adobe Creative Suite

    • Date generated

    • Creator or Business Unit
